this certification. To date, only
one other FAR Part 135 Charter
company has received this certification.
The certification required revisions
to the company operations manual
and the alteration of certain
standard operating procedures
to reflect the industry best practices
as defined by IS-BAO. A thorough
two day inspection was then performed
by a certified IS-BAO auditor.
While the changes required were
minimal, we are confident that
they will act to increase the
level of safety and efficiency
of our daily operations, which
can only enhance our commitment
to our valued management and charter
