Ms. Poor-Dehm is a graduate of Oswego State University with a B.A. in Communications. Ms. Poor-Dehm has a wealth of knowledge in the Upstate and Central New York charter markets. She has marketed and sold a wide range of charter services which has led her to develop and maintain a loyal customer following. Prior to her employment at EFI, Ms. Poor-Dehm was the Charter Manager at Syracuse Executive Air and the Charter Sales Representative for Jet

Management Group, both located in Syracuse. Her responsibilities at EFI include generating, expanding and maintaining EFI's client base. Ms. Poor-Dehm also books charter trips, consistently builds strong customer relations and provides excellent customer service.
