The
FBO CharterDesk is a program, developed
and managed by Executive Fliteways, Inc.,
which allows your individual FBO to capture
client service opportunities and revenues
which are currently being lost or ignored
and to do so without cost or risk.
“Do you provide aircraft
charter service?”
How many times does that question come
through your phone? Answer “no”
and a valuable opportunity is lost. Answer
“yes” and
where do you go from there? Try to broker
the trip and you become burdened with
a search for the appropriate aircraft,
positioning factors, and inconsistent
standards of operation.
In the end, if you don’t win the
trip, you’ve wasted a lot of time
and effort. As a result, it has always
been prudent for an FBO to say “no”
and “sorry”.
Until now.
Now say “yes”
and move forward. When a call comes to
your office for aircraft charter, just
say “yes”,
and forward the call to an Executive Fliteways
dispatcher 24 hours a day, seven days
a week. That’s it.
Executive Fliteways will quote the trip
to include a commission payable to your
FBO. We manage all aspects of the trip.
Immediately following payment of the trip,
a copy of the invoice we have billed to
the client, together with a commission
check are mailed to your FBO. The commission
will be payable per the instructions of
your FBO manager/owner.
The aircraft on your ramp has a maintenance
problem?
Part 135 or Part 91, just forward the
call and earn the revenue you might otherwise
be losing.
What is the FBO commitment?
There is no fee to register and no dues
to participate. There is only a mutual
respect for the services we each provide.

What
is the next step?
The FBO manager/owner completes the FBO
CharterDesk Form found in the Forms
section and faxes it to our CharterDesk
at 631.588.5527 or e-mail a scanned/edited
copy to the FBO
Director. When the completed form
is received in our office, an Executive
Fliteways dispatcher will phone the owner/manager
to confirm participation and assign an
FBO CharterDesk ID number. Shortly afterwards,
you will receive a Welcome Kit in the
mail.
