Frequently Asked Questions - Aircraft Management

How far in advance do I need to book a flight?

Our Charter Sales Consultants are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. They can arrange a charter flight for you in most cases with as little as 2 hours notice.

Has Executive Fliteways ever received any independent Safety Audits?

Yes, Executive Fliteways is Wyvern Recommended, IS-BAO certified and ARG/US Platinum Rated. In addition, Executive Fliteways has developed and maintains its own stringent operational and maintenance standards for safety. We assure you that the safest possible aircraft, flight crew, and support system is in place for your travel needs.

Does Executive Fliteways offer any block-time jet charter plans?

Yes, Executive Fliteways can customize a discount program to meet your specific travel profile. Whether your needs are a King Air, Learjet, Falcon, Gulfstream or a combination of aircraft, we can ensure the proper aircraft is available for the specific trip needs. Please consult a Sales Associate for more details.

How much baggage can we carry?

This really depends on the size of the aircraft and the number of passengers traveling, but the common rule of thumb for small to mid-size private jet aircraft is one to two bags per passenger. larger aircraft typically have more available luggage space, but its best to check with one of our Sales Associates for exact details. Soft sided luggage is generally recommended.

Can pets travel?

Yes, most aircraft allow for pets as long as they are caged or leashed and controlled during the flight.

What types of security procedures will I be subject to?

The majority of airports that handle the private jet aircraft allow for your trained flight crew to handle the bulk of your security screening. This begins with our Charter Sales representatives processing all passengers through the TSA 'no-fly' list. This is a mandated process all passengers and employees undergoing. Then, at most airports except for a select few, your flight crew will be responsible for your security screening as well as your personal safety. Many times, you will be able to have your vehicle deliver you directly to your waiting aircraft!
